Cultivation & Processing:
Grown in flooded paddies to maximize yield, rice seedlings are transplanted early and nurtured under careful water management. Once mature, fields are drained and the crop harvested mechanically or by hand. Post-harvest steps
include sun-drying to reduce moisture, mechanical dehusking, polishing, and grading. Final cleaning and packing preserve flavor, whiteness, and nutritional content.
