Description:
Robusta coffee is known for its bold, strong character with a more intense and bitter taste compared to Arabica. It features pronounced earthy and nutty notes and contains nearly double the caffeine content, making it ideal for high-energy blends and espresso formulations that require depth and crema.

Cultivation & Processing:
Robusta is cultivated at lower altitudes in warmer climates, where the plants show greater resistance to pests and diseases. Coffee cherries are typically harvested and processed using the traditional dry method, where whole cherries are sun-dried before hulling. Careful grading and controlled storage conditions help preserve bean strength, quality, and consistency until roasting.
