Description:
Cinnamon is derived from the inner bark of select trees and offers a sweet,
woody aroma that enhances both sweet and savory dishes. Known for its antioxidant
and anti-inflammatory properties, it is widely used in baking, beverages,
stews, and spice blends.
Cultivation & Processing:
Young branches are carefully harvested and peeled to extract the inner bark.
As the bark dries, it naturally curls into quills. Sun-drying over several days
preserves essential oils, after which sticks are graded and packaged to
protect aroma and quality.
